Busy Dallas Interior Designer is looking to add a self starter who will work hard and enjoy a stimulating and creative environment. Our Office Manager will keep us organized and on task ensuring we are profitable. This person will be responsible for a wide variety of duties and will be an integral part of the design business working closely with the Principal Designer to develop systems and procedures. In addition to organizational and procedural responsibilities, he/she will manage our marketing and communications efforts; purchase orders, invoices and bill collections; manage design intern program. This is a part-time (24 hour per week) position with the opportunity to grow. Sorry no medical benefits.
Preferred Experience:
- College degree in business administration, marketing or communications
- Experience working in an office environment handling a variety of administrative duties
- Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Quick books, Google and Excel, Evernote
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, and multi-tasking
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to take initiative, foster new ideas and work independently
- Ability to work in a team environment and to delegate
- Ability to work with clients in a professional manner
